That is an amazing culture driven company. Larissa, do you think you can share with the internets the 8-step process you guys use (you can see a glimpse of it in the video) with your readers? I know lots of people will find truly inspirational and incredibly useful (I know at least I will!) to see how projects are handled in the big leagues.
